Kayla Steffes

Kayla Steffes, BSN, RN, serves as the Lead Registered Nurse for Avery’s House, supporting the medical department across all Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs). She brings a strong background in pediatric nursing and behavioral health, with experience caring for individuals across a variety of clinical settings. Kayla is dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care that supports both physical and emotional well-being. Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach, she strives to build trust and meaningful connections with the clients and families she serves, ensuring each individual feels supported, respected, and cared for throughout their treatment journey. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys traveling and spending as much time as possible by the water, whether paddleboarding, relaxing at the beach, or exploring new coastal destinations.
