Case Manager
Eileah Near is a Case Manager at Avery’s House. Eileah assists clients and their families with having an aftercare plan for when they discharge. She also assists in running group therapy sessions as well as works closely with the clients during their treatment in order to provide the best treatment possible for each client. Eileah has worked and been apart of the recovery field for several years and prior moving to Avery’s House, she was working with adults at a substance abuse treatment facility as well as working with the homeless population that struggled with mental health and substance abuse.
Eileah enjoys reading, kayaking and spending time with her loving husband, children, and three dogs.
