Case Manager
Christen Bruno, is the case manager at Averys House where she meets with the clients weekly to identify their needs. She provides services for the client’s and their families and ensures clients get established with long term care. She runs the education groups and identifies education needs. Christen has 3 kids of her own and has a true passion for working with adolescents. Christen has many resources that she provides to ensure high quality care for our clients. When she is not at work you can find her reading a thriller, or hiking with her family.
